About the Role: We are seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to provide leadership and hands-on oversight in facility operations, maintenance, and repair at the Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC) in Memphis, TN. This position is a working supervisory role, acting as the on-site authority in the absence of the Project Manager. The Maintenance Shift Supervisor will be required to be available and reachable by phone and email 24/7/365 (including weekends, after hours, and holidays, as needed) for site emergencies as required by contract and per COR direction.
