Job Description: Systems Analyst Location: Galway: Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Role: Strategic Advisors Technology (SAT) is seeking a Systems Analyst to play a key role in one of Fidelity’s critical strategic programmes. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, key drivers, and underlying business requirements. This goes beyond gathering inputs—it’s about understanding the “why” behind them. You will work closely with your development team and technology partners to translate needs into clear user stories and help deliver high‑quality, innovative, and timely solutions.
