Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Recycle Associate to support the cleanliness, organization, and safety of our facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining housekeeping standards by monitoring trash levels, removing and baling recyclable materials, and supporting production flow—all while working as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do: Safety First: - Actively support our safety commitment. - Perform all job duties in strict adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and behaviors. - Operate baling equipment safely and efficiently to bale cardboard, plastic, shrink wrap, and other materials as needed. Quality & Reclamation: - Reclaim products and materials according to established company procedures. - Support quality standards through proper waste handling and material management.
