About the Role As a Senior Sales Engineer at Teramind, you serve as both a hands-on technical consultant and a player-coach for our growing Solution Engineering team. This hybrid role blends solution architecture, technical sales, and cross-functional leadership — perfect for someone who wants to shape both customer outcomes and team excellence. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure enterprise customers realize the full value of Teramind's platform, while also mentoring team members, scaling pre-sales processes, and driving technical consistency across the organization. This is the ideal role for a technically fluent communicator who thrives in customer-facing engagements and has a passion for coaching others.
