Housing Management Coordinator 26979 Description: Housing Management Coordinator Pay £14.06 per hour (£27,500 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Permanent, full time (37.5hrs) Monday to Friday 9-5pm Falmouth and Camborne: Home, a place where you belong This is a great opportunity to join our team. As our Housing and Property Lead, you’ll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! What you’ll do: Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. Where there is a need, you’ll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.
