This role plays a pivotal part in driving regional growth, strengthening donor ecosystems and ensuring workplaces translate intent into real, life‑saving action. This is a senior, people‑led role for an experienced leader who enjoys developing capability, driving performance and creating the conditions for teams to succeed. You’ll lead a large, diverse team (10–20) across acquisition, workplace penetration, activation and administration; ensuring strong execution, consistent standards and meaningful outcomes.
