Position Title: Director of Nursing Programs Job Description: The Director of Nursing provides academic and administrative leadership for the School of Nursing at Mount St. Mary’s University. This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of nursing programs, onboarding and supporting faculty and students and maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. The Director also plays a key role in shaping a mission-driven School of Nursing consistent with the University’s Catholic identity and mission that forms nurses grounded in human dignity, ethical clinical judgment, and a commitment to serve the underserved. The Director of Nursing reports to the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs who oversees the College Health Professions and Division of Continuing Studies.
