The Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion in Ashburn, VA is seeking a part time Group Fitness Coordinator to join our team of passionate, inspiring health pros! Benefits: As Fitness Coordinator, you'll report to the Fitness Director and collaborate to develop and deliver fitness related direct member programs and services. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Flexible work schedule - Free childcare available during certain hours - Free Gym Membership - including indoor pool and tennis courts! - Community Focused Facility - Paid sick time - Working in collaboration with the Fitness Director, you will create, maintain and develop the group exercise program. - Recruit and retain members through group exercise programs and workshops. - Evaluate the instructor’s performance.
