Job Title: Project Administrator - Certified Payroll Job Summary: The Project Administrator is responsible for preparing and submitting certified payroll for all company projects, managing subcontractor certified payroll compliance through LCP Tracker, and administering all labor compliance documentation. This role also prepares and issues SF1413’s for Sealaska and subcontractors, as well as tracking insurance certificates received by subcontractors and lower tiers. Construction experience, prevailing wage knowledge, and attention to detail are mandatory. Duties/Responsibilities: Certified Payroll – Company Workforce - Prepare and submit certified payroll reports (CPRs) for all projects in compliance with Davis-Bacon requirements using LCP Tracker for all project submissions. - Ensure accurate worker classifications, prevailing wage rates, fringe benefits, shift differentials, travel pay, and job coding. - Review apprenticeship documentation and required fringe reports through LCP Tracker where applicable. - Track corrections, resubmissions, and compliance issues until fully resolved, ensuring all updates are reflected in the system.
