The Dos Coyotes Assistant Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant during all assigned shifts and beyond. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Essential Functions: 1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “Winning Attitude” company-wide culture and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times. 2. Responsible for Guest service delivery, financial performance of the restaurant including revenue generated during assigned shifts, Guest recovery, and Team Member coaching. 3.
