This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $10,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer. Essential Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and current NH License, BLS & ACLS cert required, PALS (preferred) Proficient oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills Current clinical experience preferred. 2+ years of prior RN ED experience required.
