Summer Rental Shop Associate Location: Village Centre Mall – Big White Ski Resort, British Columbia Season Duration: June – September The Role: Big White Ski Resort is accepting applications for Summer Rental Technicians . This is an exciting opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts to be part of our summer mountain operations. Full training and certification will be provided in all aspects of mountain bike rentals and safety protocols. We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to deliver a great experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greet and assist customers throughout the bike rental and protective gear fitting process. Administrative Support: Support customer sign-in, review rental contracts, and enter data accurately into the system. Software Operation: Operate RTP rental software fluently as both a technician and a cashier. Equipment Fitting: Select and properly fit mountain bikes, helmets, and pads based on guest needs.
