As a Heater Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with the operation of heating equipment used in the manufacturing of aerospace components. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring heating equipment, assisting with the setup and breakdown of heating elements, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
