Section 1: Position Summary The Internal Sales Consultant (ISC) is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining selling relationships within their assigned book of business. The Internal Sales Consultant drives revenue growth and acceleration and proactively seeks out new ways and solutions to continue to increase revenue growth. This is a high-performing outbound sales production role. Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through calling efforts, mail/email campaigns, referrals, and social media activity. - Partner effectively with external sales counterparts and generate monthly sales results within an assigned book of business in the financial advisor channel and/or TPA network - Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, resulting in closed business. - Develop and strengthen relationships with key advisors and centers of influence. - Deliver sales presentations to key advisors primarily via phone and web presentations. - Schedule meetings for External partner(s) with key prospects and producers. - Develop and share proactive sales techniques that lead to increased revenue. - Professiona...
