About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Team: The associate will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for all onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team which primarily supports ClearPar users and their system functionality needs. Responsibilities and Impact: In this position, you will gain exposure to an exciting financial market and interact daily with our clients of varying levels of seniority. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about finance, banking, syndicated loan market, and Software as a Services (SAAS) technology. As an Associate, you are expected to support our clients and the business with operational duties and all trade support functions to ensure sufficient trade and syndicated facility data integrity. These include but are not limited to accurately reviewing and maintaining asset and contract data, new deal creation, processing amendments, creating/modifying transfer docs, and primary delayed compensation syndication maintenance.
