Job description

Position Summary: The project coordinator is responsible for tracking and managing the BIM coordination process ensuring that the schedule is met and reducing any roadblocks throughout the process. There are times when the position will be responsible for running coordination for some projects. Upon completion of coordination the project coordinator is responsible for tracking and managing the fabrication process through the purchasing, building and shipping processes to ensure that the fabrication is delivered to site on time and is built correctly. Responsibilities and Duties: Pre-Construction & Project Kickoff: - Gain a comprehensive understanding of the awarded project and all available documentation. - Identify project schedules and understand unique project delivery methods (design-build, design-assist, etc.). - Set up internal kickoff meetings and coordinate initial team onboarding. - Obtain and manage architectural, structural, and MEP models.
