CNC Team Lead / Programmer / Setup Machinist

Overview Eagle Metalcraft is seeking an experienced and driven CNC Team Lead / Programmer / Setup Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for leading daily shop floor operations, programming and optimizing CNC machines using Mastercam and/or Fusion 360, performing complex setups, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities: - Lead and support CNC machinists to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production - Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam and/or Fusion 360 - Develop efficient toolpaths for 3 and 4 axis vertical mills and horizontals - Set up and operate CNC machines with Haas, Fanuc, and Yasnac controls - Perform complex machine setups including tooling selection, workholding, offsets, and first-article validation - Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications - Troubleshoot machining, programming, and control-related issues - Monitor cycle times and drive process improvements to increase efficiency - Qualify and QC all parts to meet customer requirements on fi...
