The Senior EVP of Sport is a ministry-driven leadership role focused on supporting the Chief Sport Officer (CSO) in leading FCA's sport-specific ministry. The Senior EVP of Sport partners closely with the CSO to champion a unified sport-specific model, equip sport environment leaders, and help ensure increased ministry impact and disciple-making outcomes across all sports. This leader provides relational support, ministry clarity, and operational continuity for the Sport environments, multiplying FCA's mission through staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes. MINISTERIAL DUTIES: These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry.
