Job Description Summary: The Advanced Practice Fellowship is a one-year program designed to provide an opportunity for recent graduates to build clinical experience and to support the Advanced Practice Providers (APP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), in their transition into practice by providing the opportunity to gain valuable measurable skills and affirm their confidence as they advance in their role. This position provides intensive post-graduate APP training and experience to prepare APPs to practice in various care settings. Throughout the program, the fellow will be under the guidance and coaching of Medical Directors, the APP Director, and clinical preceptors.
