Reporting to department leadership, the Senior Transformation Facilitator serves as a strategic partner in driving organizational excellence and advancing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The Senior Transformation Facilitator will work closely with leaders and Team Members throughout the enterprise to build internal problem-solving capability, develop a culture of continuous improvement, and improve efficiencies to stabilize key processes utilizing a variety of tools including Lean Methodology. The Senior Transformation Facilitator will coach leaders and teams at all levels to strengthen operational effectiveness, align initiatives with strategic priorities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
