*This role requires a hybrid schedule in either our Charlotte, Seattle, or Denver offices; Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote. THE POSITION: The General Manager, Home Loans at LendingTree is responsible for leading the Home Loans vertical, with full ownership of business performance and P&L. This role is part of a broader team of General Managers supporting LendingTree’s Home and Consumer businesses. This person will operate in a highly matrixed environment, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Sales, and Finance to drive growth. The GM sets the strategic direction for the business, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures a strong consumer-first approach across all initiatives.
