Job Summary The Patient Services Operations Support, under the direction of the AVP of Patient Services creates staff Justifications for the Patient Services departments, tracks third party patient services collection agreements and invoices, assist the AVP of Patient Services and patient services management with administration duties, conducts leadership training, and maintains metric logs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Ensure Patient Services Justifications are completed and submitted. - Track quality metrics for error reporting and productivity metrics for Patient Services. - Support the AVP of Patient Services and leadership team. - Track Third Party draw agreements and review invoices for accuracy. - Assist in the development of quality and performance metrics for the Patient Services departments. - Develop patient services training for areas needing improvement based on findings from quality metrics . - Work with the AVP of Patient Services to implement training programs. - Create agendas for Patient Services leadership meetings. - Ensure PathGroup improvement and/or standardization initiatives are implemented. - Review performance data to measure productivity...
