Job description

The Senior Investments Associate will be responsible for helping administrate investment opportunities and provide business development, marketing and administrative support to QTS’s Global Real Estate leader. The role requires keen skills in the area of real estate and technology along with the ability to lead through influence and communicate with an executive team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned. · The writing and preparation of investment materials such as investment memorandums, presentations, and proposals. · Analyze and interpret property level information including historical operating statements, budgets, CAM reconciliations, leases, loan agreements, etc. · Research and report on various markets and assets on specific assignments, in the course of continuing to expand market knowledge, and for general business development purposes. · Systematically track, compile, and interpret various sources of data related to the group’s business. · Analyze business problems, and compile, analyze, and report data as part of economic impact research and analysis based on new and existing econometric data. · Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze economi...
