Responsibilities and Duties: - Process, package, and distribute seed to meet the expectations of Ball’s global customers - Provide high-quality product and accurate content to maintain our number one position in the industry - Participate in continuous improvement exercises and adapt to changing needs and requirements - Perform quality checks - Participate in physical inventories - Work with the overall team to deliver best-in-class service - Perform all other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our organization’s values - Adhere to all quality control measures and watch for signs of tampering and contamination - Perform work using multiple computer systems / software including: Microsoft Office tools, SAP inventory control and management, Government websites to manage international trade, and Carrier software...
