Division: Beacon Bank & Trust Department: Commercial Lending: Reports to: Credit & Portfolio Admin Director Status: Exempt/Officer: Pay Grade: 10: Salary Range: $71,216 - $102,474: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: Boston, MA: Principal Objective: To analyze and underwrite credit requests for Bank prospects and customers, assist with due diligence activities, assist with the loan closing process, monitor and evaluate risk within the team portfolio. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Credit Underwriting: resources: applications, financial spreads, financial statements, tax returns, credit bureaus, appraisals, web research and other resources as necessary. - Experience analyzing and underwriting Commercial and Investment Real Estate deals. - Analyze and underwrite credit requests in a timely fashion by using some or all of the following - Discuss deal structure, cash flow, collateral, and customer character with Relationship Manager (RM).
