Job Location WARSAW PLANT & GO: Job Description: The IT Operations Manager (SRE) is a hybrid leadership and engineering role responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of one or more Fabric & Home sector wide manufacturing digital applications supporting manufacturing outcomes. The role applies Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to move operations from reactive support to proactive, insight‑driven reliability , embedding operational needs early in application design to reduce production disruption and enable increasingly touchless, autonomous operations .
