About the Role: This is a rare opportunity to work directly with Replit's CEO and executive team as the company scales through one of the most consequential shifts in software development. You'll act as a force multiplier for the CEO — owning the hardest cross-functional problems, driving the highest-stakes decisions, and ensuring leadership operates with clarity and speed. This is a high-leverage IC role, not a team-building role. You use AI, automation, and sharp judgment to scale yourself — not headcount. You're the person the CEO turns to when something is complex, cross-functional, and needs a single owner.
