Summary: The Tempo Service Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting brand awareness and revenue growth through proactive customer outreach and campaign coordination. This position is responsible for executing targeted outbound calling initiatives aligned with the company’s Yard Sign Campaign Strategy, focusing on engaging existing customers within designated zip codes or neighborhoods to encourage participation. In addition, the Scheduling Coordinator coordinates and tracks yard sign placement and removal performed by field technicians during scheduled maintenance and repair visits.
