Work Flexibility: Not available Basic Purpose of Role/Why the Job Exists: The Planning Manager maintains optimised stock levels for multiple business units / product categories / of implants, consumables and other goods across Stryker South Pacific’s (ANZ) distribution network. The role is responsible for the balance of service, asset management of inventory and instrument kits, and minimising costs associated to local freight and due to excess inventory provisions. The Planning Manager establishes, monitors, and maintains data parameters in the ERP system related to inventory management across the network and builds close relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Operations groups. Key Areas of Accountability: Managing the overall inventory across SSP to ensure minimal excess inventory whilst ensuring high levels of service performance to service KPI for Stryker South Pacific and minimizing DII. This includes ensuring the team plan purchases strategically and create an inventory plan to achieve full year KPI targets.
