Manufacturing Workplace Coach Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Workplace Coach Manager (Level K) to support the Fabrication Skill Enhancement Center team located in Portland, Oregon and Salt Lake City, Utah. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees: Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
