About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to join the Human Resources team. This role serves as a strategic leader and Chief of Staff–style advisor, overseeing a high‑performing team that supports the Chief Operating Office (COO) and Consumer Banking Lending (CBL) organizations, with a strong focus on data‑driven decision making. The role is responsible for driving HR strategy, execution, and transformation across a large, complex, global operating environment, leveraging workforce data, analytics, and executive reporting to inform priorities, monitor performance, and identify emerging people‑related risks.
