Job Category: Allied Health Work Shift/Schedule: 10 Hr Morning - Afternoon Northeast Georgia Health System is rooted in a foundation of improving the health of our communities. About the Role: Job Summary Under the direction of a Radiologist/Cardiologist and Supervisor, performs CT and X-ray procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for CT and X-ray diagnosis. Use of contrast agents and knowledge of proper technique for certain invasive procedures. Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures required. The scope of care includes age groups ranging from newborn to elderly. Minimum Job Qualifications: Licensure or other certifications: Current ARRT Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of accredited ARRT Program.
