Kubota Italy is looking for a Commercial Back Office Specialist to strengthen its Sales Support team. The selected candidate will be a key operational reference point for the commercial network, providing support to sales inspectors, dealers, and management in daily administrative and commercial activities. Main Responsibilities: Support to Sales Inspectors: - Manage requests related to delivery times - Check availability of machines, engines, and accessories - Handle order modifications - Send documents and monitor order progress Support to Dealers: - Manage requests regarding product availability and delivery times - Provide support on prices and price lists - Manage order exchanges between dealers - Modify delivery addresses - Send CE certificates and compliance documents - Handle transport damage reports Administrative Management: - Enter and manage orders - Verify prices and discounts - Update and monitor Excel files - Manage machine orders for technical training - Monthly verification of Zrebates and recognition of service fees - Inventory management - Update price lists - Archive KTS documents and warranty extensions - Verify and validate invoices via ESKER - Update the DRIV...
