SUMMARY: Machine Operators play a crucial role in manufacturing and production processes by operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment. The following job description outlines the responsibilities and skill sets required for machine operators at three different levels. The below description is for Machine Operator I. HOURS: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm | Monday - Friday with overtime as needed ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function. As a Machine Operator I, your primary responsibility will be to operate various machines in development to become a Machine Operator II. Operate assigned machinery under direct supervision. Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process. Perform basic machine setups and adjustments as instructed. Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery is functioning properly. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or notify supervisors. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
