Position Overview: MNVNA is seeking Automotive Polish Technicians who will be responsible for wet sanding and polishing newly painted body panels for vehicle assembly on the Ford Mustang GTD. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who desires hands-on experience with high performance vehicles, the latest in automotive technology, and has a passionate interest in automobiles . Duties and Responsibilities: Follow all established safety procedures Mask appropriate areas as required: Wet-sand and polish components utilizing various buffing techniques Identify and correct paint defects (Debris in paint, Runs, Sags, Solvent Pop) Maintain polishing tools and materials: Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and providing positive feedback Adhering to Multimatic’s quality-focused attitude and work culture Training is provided as required.
