Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing 100% employee - owned company , is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to support a space payload R&D group. This individual will directly support the execution of design, development, integration and testing efforts of multiple space payload programs . The c andidate will work as an individual contributor and within a diverse, multi-discipline engineering team , and will be responsible for applying sound mechanical engineering and design principles in the development of space payload structures . Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical components and structures for space payload systems Create and release detailed engineering drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.100 standards Perform 3D modeling and assembly design using tools such as SolidWorks or Siemens NX Conduct structural, thermal, and/or fluid analysis to ensure system performance and reliability Support system integration, testing, and validation activities Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across multiple programs Execute tasks independently while meeting aggressive schedules and program milestones Participate in and present at program-level design revi...
