Flight Test Engineering Manger Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is seeking a Flight Test Engineering (FTE) Manager to join the Boeing Test & Evaluation organization in Seattle, WA , supporting the growing franchise of Mobility & Surveillance platforms (including E-7 and KC-46 aircraft). The FTE management team leads a dynamic organization in performing developmental and certification flight testing of Boeing military commercial derivative aircraft. Testing is conducted primarily out of Boeing Field in Seattle, as well as occasional remote testing at a variety of domestic and international sites. In this position, you will manage flight test engineering teams and projects, partner with program and functional leaders, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and utilize your effective problem-solving abilities to support our test programs.
