About the role: We are a team of data scientists and analysts who bridge and business to deliver measurable results and transformative impact. You will lead a team dedicated to quantifying, analyzing, and accelerating growth and engagement. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Finance to model our growth funnels, create predictive models that forecast churn, and align macro market dynamics with Oscar’s strategic roadmap. You will report into the Director, Data Science. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.
