Company: Marsh Corporate Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Accounting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Fiduciary Accounting Lead will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and reporting within Marsh structures in the EMEA region. You will lead the team to ensure accurate and timely financial close cycles, develop teammates’ capabilities, and drive continuous process improvements for efficiency. We will count on you to: - Ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close cycles through effective planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Document and perform internal control procedures to guarantee accurate and timely financial reporting. - Oversee and assist in the performance of the most complex accounting activities. - Review team members’ schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations. - Train others on financial systems and manage key interfaces and interdependencies. - Recommend enhancements to financial systems and associated processes a...
