Clean Harbors in Houston, TX is looking for a Commercial Body Shop Painter . Schedule: Mon/Fri 5am- 3:30pm. Signing Bonus of 7,500 . The Commercial Body Shop Painter is responsible for performing routine or specialized work in the repair and refinishing of vehicles and various pieces of equipment. General duties my include but are not limited to sandblasting of components/entire assets, taping and masking, Responsibilities: - Disassembles vehicles to expose and assess damage. Documents repairs and parts needed. - Painting of various assets and or components as needed - Sandblasting of equipment and components; taping and other prep work as needed - Mixing of paints as needed - Responsible for all painting equipment cleaning and maintenance, guns, compressors, paint and sand blast booths - Mechanical knowledge with “hands on approach” as needed - Maintain accurate computer and written documentation and compliance logs - Clean, degrease and prime both component parts and finished products.
