Job Description The Senior Press Officer must have significant experience working in fast-paced environments for government officials or executives; the Sr. Press Officer must be able to expertly communicate complex policy positions to the media as well as a general audience; the Sr. Press Officer will work closely with the Director of Communications to coordinate press conferences, media briefings and serve as a spokesperson to the press corps; Responsibilities: Serve as on-the-record spokesperson for NYCPA; Execute communications strategies to establish the Office as a trusted voice to help ensure that all New York City residents are treated with dignity. Work with team members to align press and digital strategy.
