Job Summary: Job Description: Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel, risk analysis and support, training to Vistra on a variety of employment and labor-related matters as well as compensation and benefits issues. - Advise on all aspects of labor relations, including union campaigns, collective bargaining agreements, grievances, arbitrations and settlements - Draft and negotiate terms of corporate transactions or agreements related to personnel or benefits issues, including outsourcing arrangements, workforce transition or engagement of contractors, and service provider contracts. - Interpret and draft benefit plan documents. - Draft employment agreements, releases, severance documents and other labor/employment related documents on behalf of the company. - Proactively advise Vistra management regarding ways to avoid or mitigate potential claims against the company and assert claims by Vistra. - Make recommendations regarding the potential reso...
