Description: The Associate Relations Intern will gain a better understanding of the Associate Relations function within the organization (i.e. Associate engagement). The intern will develop/enhance project management skills, receive an introduction to the knowledge, skills and abilities required in a Human Resources role, and gain real life experience and exposure into the BMW culture and the manufacturing industry.
