Senior Manager, Product Design

WHOOP is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead high-impact product design work while helping shape and grow the design organization. This role will begin as a senior individual contributor, owning critical product initiatives and driving exceptional user experiences across complex systems, including AI-powered capabilities. Over time, this role will evolve into a player–coach position, supporting and developing designers while maintaining a strong connection to hands-on design execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and drive design work across a product area or set of initiatives, leading projects from problem framing through execution and delivery Apply strong UX judgment to complex problem spaces, structuring ambiguity and making clear, principled decisions about flows, tradeoffs, and overall experience Translate complex systems, including AI-driven capabilities, into scalable interaction patterns, workflows, and intuitive user experiences Partner closely with product managers, engineers, r...
