Job Description: Title: Life Enrichment Assistant Job Codes: 00003OH; 00003XX (Florida) Division: Senior Living Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Director of Life Enrichment/Life Enrichment Leader Revision date: March 2019 Supervises: n/a PURPOSE According to prescribed policies and procedures including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the supervision of the Director of Life Enrichment/Life Enrichment Leader, assumes responsibilities for assisting the Director/Leader in planning and executing all life enrichment activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  Assists the Director of Life Enrichment/Life Enrichment Leader in scheduling and developing life enrichment activities.  Assists in recruiting, directing, and supervising all volunteers.  Acts on behalf of the Director of Life Enrichment any time he/she is not in the facility.  Leads activities on scheduled work days.
