Brycon is hiring a motivated, detailed, and safety-orientated Junior Accountant to work with our Corporate Headquarters team in Rio Rancho, NM. Primary Responsibilities: - Prepare and record general ledger entries. - Maintain records for monthly sales and use tax reporting. - Maintain monthly lease schedules. - Maintain fixed assets accounting systems, including adding new assets and/or disposing of old assets. - Prepare customer/client billings as needed. - Analyze and maintain monthly general ledger reconciliations, including identifying issues and processing corrections. - Prepare monthly/quarterly allocation of overhead costs. - Maintain paperless invoice routing and approval system. - Prepare or assist in preparing various monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Research, interpret, and apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to accurately maintain accounting records and prepare monthly financial statements. - Assist in streamlining internal and business reporting processes. - Assist in the implementation, maintenance, a...
