Total Compensation with Bonuses $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 Position Overview: The Permit Manager oversees all permitting operations, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and efficient coordination of permits, inspections, and associated documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while supporting a dynamic team of permitting assistants and runners. Key Responsibilities: Permitting Operations Management: - Supervise and coordinate the work of permitting assistants and runners to ensure timely submission and processing of permits across multiple municipalities. - Oversee the preparation and distribution of necessary documents, including NOCs, BF65s, AHRI certifications, and inspection folders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Manage tracking, reporting, and resolution of permit amendments, re-inspections, and cancellations. - Develop and maintain systems to ensure compliance with local building codes, including pressure test requirements and other municipality-specific mandates.
