Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for a Reliability Engineer in our Energy Services – Supply Chain group located in Garyville, LA. Addresses day to day plant operational / maintenance issues involving pumps, agitators, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment as well as stationary equipment. Develop long term plans to address key loss areas. Hours: Monday to Thursday -- 6am to 4:30pm What you will do: - Develops policies, practices and procedures that improve reliability. - Ensures robust mechanical integrity program that complies with industry codes and company standards. - Develops equipment maintenance and reliability strategies. - Establishes common SAP equipment hierarchy, BOM’s, master data, etc. - Develops resolution plans for maintenance items in the plant working with process engineers and maintenance. - Addresses...
