Job Description Summary The Power Transmission Key Account Manager position with Grid Solutions is a customer facing position responsible to manage the company’s relationships with specific assigned key accounts. Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: - Act as the key point of contact for relationships both internally and externally, from field personnel through to the executive team at key utility accounts in the territory. - Serve as a conduit for detailed understanding of customer’s business model and how GE’s products and services deliver added value to the customer. - Prospect, qualify and develop new sales leads on target market segments. - Manage the relationship with the channel partners community and technical sales specialists to coordinate sales efforts. - Track all sales activities in company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and keep current by updating opportunity information regularly. - Meet and/or exceed annual commercial order intake and margin targets.
