Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Facilities Manager to lead the facilities management team at the Balltown Road campus of GE Vernova’s Advanced Research Center. (ARC) This role will shape the physical and operational future of our new, state-of-the-art campus. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial facilities management, project management, and environmental health and safety (EHS). The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, managing capital projects, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Job Description: Requirements: Education: Facilities Operations: - Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of all facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance and minimize downtime. - Manage facilities budgets, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
